How we use your registration
Controller: Tobias Robert Englert, trading as Reels Media Group. We use your submitted details to manage this early-access list, assess relevant creator and business interest, and send the initiative updates you requested. General RMG promotional emails require the separate optional consent. We record the form category, registration and confirmation times, consent choices, submission page and campaign tags to understand demand. No public profiles are created and no registration details are shared with other applicants or businesses.
The legal basis is your consent. Access is restricted to RMG WordPress administrators. IONOS hosts the records and handles website email; correspondence may be processed in Google Workspace. Registrations leave the active list after 12 months unless you renew your interest. Routine backup and mailbox retention also applies. You may withdraw consent, request access, correction or deletion, or ask about provider safeguards by emailing info@reelsmediagroup.com. A temporary salted IP-derived rate-limit key expires after ten minutes; your raw IP is not stored in the registration record.
