How enquiry information is used
The contact form requires only your name or company and email address. Your message is optional. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal if requested. Enquiries are sent to info@reelsmediagroup.com. The theme does not save the message body in the WordPress database or subscribe you to marketing. A temporary salted IP-derived identifier limits repeat submissions and expires after ten minutes.

Reels Media Group is the trading name used by Tobias Robert Englert, a self-employed professional (autónomo) in Spain. Tax identification supplied by the operator: ESY8657817X. Purpose and legal basis
Requests for a proposal are handled to take steps at your request before a possible contract. General business correspondence and basic abuse prevention rely on the legitimate interests of answering business enquiries and protecting the service. There is no automated decision-making or profiling in this enquiry form.
Service providers and retention
IONOS SE in Germany provides website hosting and website email under its hosting terms and data-processing agreement. Business correspondence is also handled in Google Workspace. Google may process data in countries outside the European Economic Area. Google’s published data-processing terms describe the applicable transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required. You can request further information or copies of applicable safeguards at info@reelsmediagroup.com. Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to answer the request, manage a resulting business relationship and meet legal obligations. Website forms do not create a general marketing subscriber list.
Media-kit requests and WhatsApp
When you request the media kit, your name or company and email are used to email the PDF and notify RMG of your request. This does not enrol you in promotional emails. If you choose the WhatsApp link, WhatsApp opens as an external service and processes your data under its own terms. No WhatsApp widget is embedded here. We use messages you send there to respond to your request.
Your privacy rights
Contact info@reelsmediagroup.com to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, or to object where applicable. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
Cookies and external services
This theme does not embed analytics, advertising pixels, Instagram players or third-party booking widgets. Language selection is carried in the page address. Strictly necessary WordPress administration cookies may be used when an administrator signs in. External booking sites and social profiles apply their own privacy and cookie terms when you visit them.
Brand and results information
Follower and view information shown in the site is taken from the RMG 2027 media kit and is historical. No performance guarantee is made. Content remains subject to applicable copyright and client agreements.
Affiliate and partner links
When you follow an external booking or affiliate link, you leave this website. The provider may use its own cookies and tracking to attribute bookings, and its privacy and booking terms apply. RMG may receive a commission on eligible bookings. No provider booking widgets or advertising trackers are embedded on this website.
Early-access registrations
If you join the creator or business early-access list, RMG stores the details you submit in a private WordPress registration record. This is separate from the ordinary enquiry form. Access is restricted to RMG WordPress administrators. With your consent, we use the information to manage the list, assess relevant interest and send updates about this initiative. General promotional emails require the separate optional consent.
We record registration and email-confirmation times, consent choices, and the submission page and campaign tags. No public profiles are created. IONOS hosts the records and processes website email; correspondence may be handled in Google Workspace. Active registrations are removed from the list after 12 months unless interest is renewed. Routine mailbox and backup retention also applies. You can withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion at info@reelsmediagroup.com.
